Welcome to MoveMyHome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoveMyHome website, platform, services, features, and related content (collectively, the “Platform”).

In these Terms, “MoveMyHome,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MoveMyHome. “You” and “your” refer to any person or business using the Platform.

By accessing or using MoveMyHome, creating an account, submitting a request, creating a business listing, or using any service available through the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. What MoveMyHome Does

MoveMyHome is an online marketplace designed to help connect people with businesses and professionals serving the manufactured and mobile home industry.

The Platform may allow users to search for, compare, contact, request quotes from, or otherwise connect with businesses and professionals offering services including, but not limited to:

  • Manufactured and mobile home transportation
  • Moving services
  • Setup and installation
  • Tear-down and removal
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Site preparation
  • Foundation and anchoring services
  • Skirting and related services
  • Roofing and construction services
  • Buying and selling manufactured or mobile homes
  • Manufactured home dealers
  • Manufactured home communities
  • Contractors and other service providers

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, MoveMyHome is not the provider of the services listed on the Platform.

MoveMyHome does not employ, control, supervise, direct, or guarantee independent businesses, contractors, transporters, installers, movers, dealers, or other professionals using the Platform.

2. MoveMyHome Is Not a Party to Your Transaction

When you hire, communicate with, purchase from, sell to, or otherwise enter into an agreement with a business or professional found through MoveMyHome, your transaction is directly between you and that business or professional.

MoveMyHome is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

We do not guarantee:

  • That a business will respond to your request
  • That you will receive a quote
  • The price quoted by a business
  • The availability of a business
  • The quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or completion of any service
  • That a business is suitable for your particular needs
  • That a transaction between users will be successfully completed

You are responsible for reviewing quotes, contracts, licenses, insurance, credentials, references, and other information before hiring or entering into an agreement with any business or professional.

3. Quotes and Service Requests

Users may submit requests for quotes or services through MoveMyHome.

By submitting a request, you authorize MoveMyHome to provide the information reasonably necessary to process your request to businesses or professionals that may be able to provide the requested service.

Businesses and professionals may contact you directly regarding your request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will receive a response or quote.

Any quote, estimate, price, timeline, service description, or other information provided by a business is the responsibility of that business. MoveMyHome is not responsible for the accuracy or fulfillment of information provided by third parties.

4. Business Listings

Businesses may be allowed to create or claim listings on MoveMyHome.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for your business listing is accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate information.

MoveMyHome may edit, reject, suspend, remove, or modify listings that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm users or the Platform.

Creating a listing does not guarantee placement, visibility, leads, customers, revenue, or business opportunities.

5. Licenses, Insurance, and Verification

Businesses are responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, and other requirements necessary to legally provide their services.

A business may submit documents or information to MoveMyHome for verification.

MoveMyHome may review information and display a verification status or badge based on information available to us. However, verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty by MoveMyHome.

A verification status does not guarantee that a business:

  • Is currently licensed
  • Will remain licensed
  • Has valid or sufficient insurance
  • Will perform work properly
  • Will comply with all applicable laws
  • Is financially responsible
  • Is safe, reliable, or suitable for a particular job

Users should independently verify information they consider important before hiring a business.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MoveMyHome lawfully and responsibly.

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Use another person’s information without authorization
  • Submit fraudulent requests
  • Attempt to scam, deceive, or defraud another user
  • Post unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Upload malicious software or attempt to damage the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Collect user information without authorization
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with the operation or security of MoveMyHome

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Reviews and User Content

Users may be allowed to submit reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or other content.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You agree that your content must be truthful to the best of your knowledge and must not violate the rights of another person or business.

By submitting content to MoveMyHome, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

MoveMyHome may, but is not required to, review or remove user-submitted content.

We do not guarantee that reviews or other user content are accurate.

8. No Guarantee or Endorsement of Businesses

Businesses and professionals listed on MoveMyHome are independent third parties.

The appearance of a business on MoveMyHome does not necessarily mean that MoveMyHome recommends, endorses, guarantees, certifies, or warrants that business.

Search results, rankings, badges, categories, and listings may be based on information such as location, services offered, verification information, relevance, user activity, membership level, and other factors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, paid or premium participation does not mean a business is recommended over another business based solely on service quality.

9. Your Agreements With Businesses

Before hiring a business or professional, you should review and understand all important terms, including:

  • Price and payment terms
  • Scope of work
  • Transportation requirements
  • Permits and legal requirements
  • Licensing requirements
  • Insurance coverage
  • Delivery or completion dates
  • Cancellation terms
  • Damage responsibility
  • Warranties
  • Any written contract

MoveMyHome is not responsible for disputes between users and businesses, including disputes involving payment, property damage, delays, service quality, injuries, cancellations, or failure to perform.

10. Payments and Premium Services

MoveMyHome may offer paid memberships, premium listings, advertising, subscriptions, or other paid services.

Additional terms may apply to paid services.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

MoveMyHome may use third-party payment processors to process payments.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.

MoveMyHome does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, and practices.

12. Intellectual Property

The MoveMyHome name, logo, website design, content, features, graphics, and other materials available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to MoveMyHome and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit Platform content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Businesses and users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the license granted to MoveMyHome under these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVEMYHOME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS, BUSINESSES, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOVEMYHOME AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RELATED TO:

  • Property damage
  • Damage to a manufactured or mobile home
  • Transportation accidents
  • Delays
  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Failed transactions
  • Disputes with businesses or customers
  • Injuries
  • Service quality
  • Errors or inaccurate information
  • Unauthorized access to information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH OTHER USERS OR BUSINESSES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoveMyHome and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Information or content you submit
  • Your agreement or transaction with another user or business
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to MoveMyHome at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or harmed the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Termination of your access does not eliminate obligations or provisions that are intended to continue after termination.

17. Changes to the Platform

MoveMyHome may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

We are not obligated to continue offering any particular feature, service, listing option, or functionality.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of MoveMyHome after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the state in which MoveMyHome is legally organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and subject to any applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements.
